- No. It is similar to our federal GST (7%) which also does not apply to
- exports - only residents of Canada have to worry about it. Seeing as how
- the German DEM is similar to the Canadian dollar, take 8% off the 15%
- German VAT and you should have what the SRP would be in Canada. The US SRP
- for the Surfer pack was going to be $720 (some places selling it for $699)
- so you would times that by say 1.5 to get what it would be in Canada
- which would be around $1080 or $1100 rounded off but would more then
- likely sell for the prices you have posted about for CBM machines (new?) -
- anywhere from $925 - $999.
